According to the Hampshire Chronicle, Ellie Cole, a 34-year young secretary from Southampton in the UK has made the whole world smile with her impromptu dance at a bus stop.
Hundreds of thousands of people have shared the video and fallen in love with this heretofore anonymous woman dancing her heart out at a bus stop in Eastleigh in the UK. Her dance was captured by Nigel Baker and Jane Rowland who own a cafe, J’s Corner Diner, across the street from where Ellie Cole was gettin’ down as she waited for her bus to work at a cleaning company.
Ellie was shocked to learn that she is an internet sensation, saying, “I’m just a normal human being.” Yes, and that is the point, Ellie. Most people are good and kind and have big hearts. In your case, they also have amazing rhythm!
Thanks for brightening our day. Frankly, we needed it!
And here is the original video from Jane Rowland, owner of the J’s Corner Cafe: Eastleigh’s Got Talent!
In case you want to download it, Amazon.com has Dancing Queen from Abba for as little as $0.99 USD. However, you might also want to check out, Knock Down by Alesha Dixon, as that is what Ellie was actually listening to at the time.
